The ways I know about are:
1. Go to the Group Overview page and Select Share Group - I recommend additing a personal message.
2. Copy the Group Name and URL into an email or LinkedIn message and send that way.
3. I've been told that the group owner can send out invitations. As I'm not a group owner, I don't know how this works.
