What's an easy, quick way to learn Twitter?

I'm a Twitter newbie. All you need to do can be done with three simple rules of engagement.

1. Tweet everyone the first time - press enter
2. Retweet - RT @Orignator_name quote (eg give credit where credit is due.
3. Respond to a Tweet - @Target_name and type.

Tweet deck lets you integrate your FaceBook status updates.. and of course there is ExecTweets plus other sites who aggregate the best Twitterers.
