If you were looking to hire someone to help improve your customer service, would you use Google? What words would you be inclined to use?

I would do some research on the keywords ideas by using the Google tool... I've included the link in the private message. Click use synonyms.

It will give you an indication of the kinds of things users input when they search for your type of service - for instance, "customer service" was used over 4 million times in the last year or so.
