Great question - one that has intrigued me as well.
Well I'm of the opinion that you might want to consider when the rest of the world come on line and post in the evening - say between 11pm and 1 am in the morning?
That way you can pick up all the night owls on the east coast through to you. You can also pick up a different readership across the huge pond call the Atlantic.
