I believe three good tweets a day will keep everyone "twitching" for hours - if you have mastered the art of a crafting really compelling tweet.
I have stopped following a few people who seem to believe that all and sundry are interested in their every bowel movement and other nonsensical messages.
Why the magic number 3?
Well for me, One tweet just isn't enough - there is usually something worth RT (retweeting) and quite often at the "end of the day", one finds a really good gem to share.
