Flag the post as an advertisement that it disappears completely? - At least this works for the GHOST Fashion site - and it's quite fun to get rid of them - I just took care of 10... BAM! BAM! BAM - kind of the equivalent of the thrill my son gets playing computer games.
I look at this task a bit like picking up a piece of garbage someone else left behind - no it's not pleasant, but if we pitch in together we can clean up the place.
In the meantime, please report ghost fashion to your ISPs for spamming - that will help get them barred altogether.
