The challenge I see is in taking the best of the thoughts which grow out of ideas and maintain the sense of urgency and ownership which will see them through fruition.

Sharing your ideas on a global platform is one way of seeking validation. In my experience, ideas morph as contributions hit them, so I prefer working with Mind Maps.

In terms of Innovation this is particularly important so that one can find a reasonably quick way of referencing ideas in a structure which makes sense of the "hay stack" of ideas available from an organisation.

So for me, the picture is more like a set of blobs which can be interconnected in separate paths which are connected to the whole (and with the ability to penetrate deeper in each section), rather than a random list of ideas in a random order as shown on ideas4all.

Do You Believe Things Happen for a Reason?

Just wanted to share with you a saying from my Dad.

"Accidents happen because someone isn't paying attention."

Perhaps good and bad things happen because someone is paying attention (even if it's not the kind of attention you want).
