I think Twitter has the potential to be a great business tool. I've been a member less than a week and I've already found some great resources. I'm inspired to think of new ways to use it - "What if we _____, what would that give us?" is the question I'm using.
A different question you might like to ask soon is
How might Twitter be used to create Competitive Advantage?
I'm sure someone will come up with some very bright ideas on that one and hopefully some ways you never even expected.
