What are the most important/favorite gadgets and items to take with you when traveling ?

Phone (with camera & music & google maps), N800 (for surfing, apps and games), pen, diary,

and the necessities - glasses, son, keys, passport (just in case I want to leave the country), credit card and E111 health card, and oh, a change of clothes is the smallest bag I can manage.
