Apologies for not answering the question in full. In terms of how I would test the assessment tools, I would work with a small set of recruitment organisations and candidates. I'd structure the inputs and outputs to suit the different users to make best use of their time. I'd probably video tape the proceedings and review with them afterwards - simply because the act of interacting with someone whilst testing changes the process
