You asked this as a candidate experience - here's the worst one I've encountered.

I've seen an increase in the numbers of recruiters not using their real name to conduct business with candidates.

When you try to contact them, they are never in the office... and can't be found on LinkedIn either. Sometimes they are on Linked In, but have changed their profile name so know one "knows" who they are - LOL.
