Social business networking site - that a good choice of words.
I guess the answer lies in how you use LinkedIn. One man's boredom is another man's fascination.
For instance, I notice that you are looking for new and exciting projects to work on.
What would make it less boring for you? Bear in mind, the vocal minority of the 36m users have to value it, "get it" and use it - all with very little publicity and with no training.
I see Linked In are looking for staff and you appear to live in the right city too. Maybe you have an opportunity to influence them.
