Has anyone read 'The 4-Hour Work' Week?

I was fortunate to get TMI training when I joined KPMG - it was part of the induction course first week. I use many of the techniques every day. However, it's all too easy to lose sight of the balance one needs to keep... and bad habits have a habit of creeping up on you. Giving clear signals is key. I think the autoresponder is brillant. I'm going to use it!
